Contact Welding
Contacts for industrial switchgears, made of silver alloy in block or coil form, are welded using resistance welding or resistance brazing to attach them to switchgear components.
The welding speed ranges from 12 pieces per minute to 70–80 pieces per minute, depending on the process and material specifications. Additionally, the contact welding function can be integrated into a stamping and bending line for enhanced production efficiency
